These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the asistas platform and services. By registering and using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

asistas is a platform that allows you to create and manage AI virtual assistants (chatbots). Our services include:

• AI virtual assistant creation and management tools
• Document upload and processing functionality
• Widget integration into websites
• Conversation analytics and statistics
• Customer service features

2. Account terms

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for your account security and password confidentiality
• Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited
• You must immediately report any unauthorized use of your account

3. Trial period and payments

7-day free trial

• All new users receive a 7-day free trial period
• No credit card required during trial
• After trial ends, you must choose a paid plan or account will be restricted

Payments and subscription

• Payments are processed through the secure Stripe platform
• Subscription renews automatically at the beginning of each month
• Prices are shown with VAT (if applicable)
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time

4. Subscription cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account
• After cancellation, services will work until the end of the current billing period
• Only proportionally unused payments are refunded if you cancel within the first 48 hours of payment
• After subscription ends, your data will be stored for 30 days, then may be deleted

5. Prohibited use

By using asistas services, you agree not to use them for:

• Illegal purposes or activities that violate laws
• Defamation, discrimination or incitement to hatred
• Distributing fraudulent or misleading content
• Distributing malware or viruses
• Spam or mass unsolicited messaging
• Disrupting other users or our infrastructure
• Violating intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual property

• asistas platform, trademarks and technologies belong to asistas Ltd.
• Your uploaded documents and created content remain your property
• You grant us the right to process your content for AI training and service delivery
• Copying, modifying or distributing our software is prohibited

7. Limitation of liability

• Services are provided on an "as is" basis
• We do not guarantee the service will operate without interruption or errors
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notifications. Continued use of services after changes means you agree to the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in Vilnius.
